A/A/F's reinterpretation of a WWI French Motorcycle jacket is made of a 100% cotton Cavalry Twill, lightweight yet very durable. The double twill weave gives this English fabric slightly more drape and texture than the canvas of the original sample. Garment dyed and washed to give it a distinctive A/A/F character.

The BM1-8 Dispatch Jacket features 2 inner pockets, adjustable straps on the cuff and a stand-up collar that can be worn flat or closed around the neck and chin for a bold silhouette. Redesigned vintage British navy ‘ring buttons’ define the distinctive 10 button closure at the front. These bone buttons are not stitched onto the fabric but are attached by a removable metal ring on the inside of the jacket.
