Description & Care
Inspired by the liner of a vintage M51 US army parka, the extra oversized shape of the Long Hooded Coat has been elongated and padded with a heavy wool filling to create a sculptural silhouette. Featuring APPLIED ART FORMS signature rescue vest tape buttons on the front, patch pockets on the front and inside of the coat, and large hood with button closure on standing collar. The jacket is made of a Ventile twill, a natural, long-lasting cotton with exceptional water repellent properties, designed for air force pilots during WWII. This natural unwaxed material is designed to last a lifetime. Handmade in The Netherlands - limited batch available only.
